  A very pleasurable experience. My son did get numerous compliments on the navy blue suit. The Vice President of the university took notice of how his suit was tailored. Great job we will be back.

  Be careful if you buy something from their catalogs! At first, the salesperson will help you look for something of your liking (or what it seems to be of your liking), however the merchandise you get will look nothing like the catalog pictures or how it was described by the sales person. I asked the rude, sarcastic and unmannered gentleman at the counter if I could exchange the tuxedo because its color was not as dark as shown on the picture and the vest was also different (shape and color) and I was told "no, because that was a special order and we don't refund" (I wasn't asking for a refund). I then suggested that perhaps they should inform the customers of this policy prior to accepting their payment and/or placing the orders. The response I got from this so called customer service representative was "it is in your receipt" Bravo!! that's how a customer that brings them revenues is treated!! I have never been to a store where a receipt with the store policies is given to a client PRIOR to the method of payment being handed, I've always seen receipts being printed and given to the customer AFTER the method of payment is processed. Shop around before committing to this place. I bought a tuxedo that looks like a cheap business suit with fancy plastic buttons. What a joke!
