  Do not shop here, their return policy is only 5 days. I bought 20 packs of tiles and 6 were broken. When I asked to exchange, not even refund, just exchange, the owner said no and told me to get the **** out his store and stop harassing him! How is the customer wrong and on top of that, I only wanted to exchange not refund. Horrible place, you should go to big stores where they have an actual return policy!!!!

  I planned to add tile to one of my bedrooms and put down a $300 dollar deposit on a specific tile when I went two weeks later to pick up the tile, they told me they did not have it in stock anymore, and they could not give me my money back I would have to choose another tile. This is unacceptable, if I put down a deposit on a specific tile, you should sell that tile to me, not force me to choose something else. I should have gone to Home Depot, these people are THIEVES! The only two employees there are owner and wife.
