  I came here after calling 2 hours before and was told that they would take my play station 3without any other hard ware I then was told at the front desk that I have to have a power cord and HDMI digital cord so I went home after this to grab both the equipment and my second play station 3 with appropriate cords and then was told I needed 2 dual shock controllers which had never come with either systems and that the 2 wired controllers that had been approved by the manager would not do. I’m extremely frustrated and will never be coming back.

  I have been in this store at least 3 to 5 different times. The service was bad today. I was asking for a Nintendo 2DS and the associate said they were out of stock. Did not even bother to call other stores and/or make other suggestions. Called the store on Southern and they have ALWAYS have been extremely helpful. The young lady checked for me over the phone and gave me numbers. She asked to call the one at the Wellington Mall. Bingo! They had it there. Not like the guy at the 441/Sounthern store. I will not be back there. At all! I want to thank the staff at the Wellington Mall!!! Awesome Job!
