  This particular store is ALWAYS SLOW... Not to mention, they never answer the phone. I shouldn't have to go out of my neighborhood just to get good customer service. I have called and complained to Corporate and I was supposed to receive a call from the District Manager and of course that never happened. Customers are the reason your doors are open. We as the consumer should be treated with respect and proper attention. No one should have to call a store over and over just to get an answer. It's not professional nor fair to the customer. The only good thing about this store is that it's close to my house and the guy with the curly hair. THAT'S IT! !!

  "I'm sorry guys, but we're closing right now so you have to pick up something and.... ehm... yeah". The first thing one associate tells us (me and my girlfriend) after 10 minutes of wandering in the store. We have worked in retail for years in different positions and had never ever treated a customer like this. I hope they're meeting their sale goals so fantastically they don't need the extra sales, cause they just lost customers today. I don't care if you're next door to home, I'll drive to Congress and forest hill, they do know how to build rapport and do not kick people from the store. Shame on you, hope your DM sees this.

  I'm been a customer for years and the employees are very helpful even though I asked a hundred questions but they still show some kind of patience of being helpful I know it's hard to find good customer service and certain places doing these times...
