  Thought I was getting a good deal. Instead I feel ripped off for almost $1000. They have a NO RETURN POLICY on mattresses which they do not tell you about. Mine came rolled up in a box. Not what I expected a mattress to be. Now I am stuck paying for a mattress that is HIGHLY uncomfortable and wake up with a sore body and headache every day. 26 years ago I bought from the original owner should was AWESOME. Nothing but CONS now! So disappointed!

  Purchased a sofa in December 2017 with the promise of a 7 to 10 day delivery.. approximately 30 days later my furniture arrived. ( apparently they forgot to order my furniture.) The price included delivery and removal of the old furniture. The delivery guys refused to remove the old furniture and left it in my front yard while I was at work. Tried contacting the Manager of the store and was told he did not have time to speak to me.. Contacted my sales person (Chris) and was told he would make it right. Never heard back . Unprofessional.........rude...........sneaky! Stay away!! Stay away.......stay away!! Horrible experience!! Thieves!! Crooks!! Dishonest!! Only wish there was a negative rating!!
