Thought my LCD was toast on my MacBook Pro as other shops had told me (a 500$ fix), but they actually took the time to look at it and it turned out it was just a reset that it needed (or something along those lines). I wanted to pay them for the 15 min diagnosis and subsequent fix but they wouldn't take my money. Craig is the man and he's gained a customer for life. Thanks!!
