  I wish I would have listened to the other reviews as our experience was terrible. First they called the person the gift was intended for to tell them it would be delivered between 12-5 PM then didn't show up. When I called the store after 5 no one answered the 3 attempts even though their hours are listed to 6 PM. I had to call their corporate customer service who also was unable to reach the store. At this point I spent 100.00 and have no product and no recourse as the corporate customer service says they cant refund my money without getting ahold of the store. So we go round and round.
