  The manager isn't very bright or friendly. I had came in to get some furniture pieces. The furniture guy and I had talked about what I was getting and he said do you mind if I run to the restroom really quick I said no not at all go ahead. As I was waiting I saw a couple customers come into furniture and someone called for somebody to come over. I knew the guy was going to be right back he just ran to the restroom. Next thing I know I see an employee over talking to a couple who had asked for somebody in furniture. I thought this was kind of rude considering I'm standing in Furniture obviously I'm waiting and you would think they would ask if I had been helped yet period just because I didn't go to the front and Bug someone doesn't mean that I wasn't needing help period when the guy came back from the restroom he went over and talked to the other guy and then comes over to me and tells me that that gentleman just sold the piece of furniture I wanted and it was the last one in the store. Come to find out that gentleman happened to be the store manager. How do you come into a department and ignore people who are already standing there turn around and sell an item that was already spoken for period I went to the manager and I said excuse me sir but I had already requested that item and I was just waiting for the furniture stuff to come back from the restroom you just sold that piece of furniture out from under me period he said well I can write down your number and when we get it in I can call you or I can call another store period he was clearly not understanding that I should not have to wait for them to come in or go to another store when I had already said I was going to purchase that item he didn't see where he was in the wrong. And these people still have not bought it so I should have been able to get it and he should have to tell those customers he made a mistake but instead he did not. I left the store very upset and I drove all the way to Boynton Beach for the nearest store that had the item I wanted. Not pleased at all.
