Tried to call this store several times as I wanted to buy the Kilpsch Reference Sound Bar with 10'' Wireless Subwoofer ($799) I spoke to one employee operator who forwarded the call to the theater department . I let the phone ring for over 10 minutes without any recording or info of when I would be helped. I hung up and tried to call again several times but this time no one would answer the phone dialing the store number. I give this store a 0 for customer service. Best buy sucks going to another dealer.
