  I called AAA Appliance to repair my Sub Zero 700TC as one of the Freezer draws would not close and was now freezing with Ice. I called up AAA Appliance and spoke to Maureen who was very courteous and sent a technician to look, Estimate the problem. The technician sent over was Junior who was able to diagnose & fix the issue at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with their workmanship I had them diagnose my Scottsman ice maker which another company could not fix. This one took a little longer but is now working like new and again a great price with precision repair work. I would highly recommend AAA Appliance for all your appliance issues Including state of the art appliances like Sub Zero.

  Caution, do not use this company under any circumstances!!!!!!! Run. I called them out to repair my washer. I paid $80.00 and they never fixed the problem or refunded me my money. The customer service lady was very rude when I called to ask why they never contacted me and told me the part was unavailable. She claimed she called and left a message. I told her “if” someone called, I would not be complaining. They told me on the phone “If” the part was available they would have repaired the washer. Who in their right mind would call a service repair person to their resident on “if” they can repair it and pay them $80.00 for an “If”. Nevertheless, when I paid them the $80.00 they never said “if” the part was available and it is not on the receipt. Horrible Service!!! Do not use. A Single Parent who feels taken advantage of by AAA Appliance. Please note if you really wanted to get in contact with me you could have mailed a letter or emailed me but you did not. Last but least, YOU DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!! and you took my money. Please read the other horrible reviews about this company and most of all I do not recommend that you use this company. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND A GREAT COMPANY WOULD DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED. As you can see this company did not make any attempts they gave excuses.
